Representative James Fagan blasted a law that would put child rapists away for a minimum number of years, saying he'd go after the child during trial and make them suffer to the point they will throw up and never have normal relationships again (see video below).
Anyone who commits child rape should burn in hell. I've never heard of any study that proves these psychos can be rehabilitated, so lock them away for good. Hurting a child who is physically and mentally helpless to defend themselves is the worst crime anyone can commit.
I hope Fagan burns in hell, too. He wants to do exactly what the rapist did: take the child's life away. Karma's a bitch and I hope he ends up a leper.
