I’m proud to say I’ve been to yoga twice and found it to be challenging, but relaxing at the same time. I’ll continue to go once a week (I need to buy a yoga mat because DAMN the gym's mats smell like feet), but I’ve decided the pressure to do a headstand in front of a group of people isn’t something I want to experience every day. I’ll stick with my nature walks and my friend, the elliptical machine. He’s been so good to me.
